Agnetha faltskog is best known for her work as a soloist from Sweden. In reality, she'll forever be remembered as a one of the original members of ABBA, the world's most popular and commercially successful pop group. After leaving school at the age of 15 to take on a music career and performing, she was soon singing in Bernt's band and gained a cult following. The singer was signed to a record deal with Enghardt, and her debut single topped the charts in Sweden. She got engaged, then got married to Bjorn Ulvaeus. The couple joined 'ABBA'. ABBA was among the most popular pop bands throughout the world over the period of eight years. The group was awarded the gold and platinum awards throughout the globe. She released three albums after ABBA"Wrap Your Arms Around Me, Eyes of a Woman,' and I Stand Alone,' which were all very successful in Sweden as well as gaining popularity in Europe and the U.K., however, not so in the U.S. ABBA music served as the foundation for the jukebox musical Mamma Mia!. Her album 'My Coloring Books that peaked at number 11 in charts for the UK in the year she stepped out of retirement. The latest album "A," has received a positive reception.
